This is a full aerobic workout that focuses on toning up your thighs, bum and stomach.


Spin

Cycling class consisting of stimulating hill climbs and sprints which focus on fitness and endurance/strength training.


Circuits / Bootcamp

This class will work your entire body with cardio, lower body, upper body and core exercises.


KO8

Suspension training that focuses on stability muscles and core strength.


Core blast

Core blast is an abdominal workout with a focus on core stability and strength, to help shape the abdominal area.


Bootcamp

A combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance and core exercises.
